Dear beloved community, we are proud to announce that our petition, with an incredible 51,330 signatures and over 700 supportive comments, was officially handed over on 25 November to Big Concerts, the Department of Home Affairs, and the Department of Sport, marking the start of the 16 Days of Activism campaign.

We have given them a deadline of 2 December to respond to our demands. If the concert goes ahead, it will send a clear message about where our leaders and decision-makers truly stand in addressing the epidemic of gender-based violence in our country.

Thank you to each of you who signed and supported this petition - your voices are powerful, and together, we are creating a call for accountability that cannot be ignored.
