The CEO of University Hospital Bristol Robert Woolley is to be investigated under the CQC Fit and Proper Persons Test for his role in covering up the negligent failings which led to Ben’s death.

The independent investigation in to Woolley has been commissioned by Chair of the Board at University Hospital Bristol Jeff Farrar.
