Over the next couple of months we will receive the outcomes of the 7 GMC investigations and we will keep everyone updated. This week the Parliamentary Ombudsman rejected to investigate Bens case on grounds of a conflict with an ongoing legal matter. This decision will this week be appealed with the help of Action versus Medical Accidents (AvMA) We have had lots more signatures now over 6300 and our next target 7500.
