On Saturday we door knocked everyone on the block (and 100m down Hill Street) asking residents if they support the installation of this base station and whether they were previously informed about the proposal. Guess what.... The overwhelming majority of residents DO NOT WANT THIS installation near them. And when we say majority, we mean 74 of 81 people surveyed object to the installation. Furthermore, only 9 people said they were previously informed. We think in order for the public consultation period to be valid, the public concerned need to be informed!
