No sunday buses,  street blocking only day time, but time parking restrictions being proposed  changed by council to 6am to 8pm doesnt address riverview students using all the parking or the root cause of empty 20t busess using narrow roads or riverview events 4 times a year cause chaos and the council doesnt fine illegal parking
