It's been a little over a month since the state of Florida decided it would be ok to adopt two of my children out. I reached out to the adoptive mother's but both have refused to let my children have contact with their biological family. It's emotionally and physically draining on a daily basis. This situation has done nothing but break our family, destroy my children and permanently separate a loving family. I have full custody of two of my children (under 18). My youngest is in my physical custody and care yet the state of Florida deemed me to be "unfit" to raise my children...My youngest by the way is 2 years old. Making their case removing my other children contradicting and unsupported but yet here we are and my boys forever gone for no legal valid reason. And my lawsuit against the state failed due to being let in to the virtual courtroom 3 minutes late after waiting in the lobby 10 min prior to my time. I still can't wrap my mind around all the illegal actions conducted on behalf of the department and the legal system. Dcf and One Hope United needs to be held accountable and take responsibility for destroying families that don't deserve the hell they out is through! I know I'm not the only family that has been or will be destroyed by them just because they can. I need help to have my story be heard and something to be done so no more families have to suffer the way my family is suffering! They say "in the children's best interest" which they all (the department and the court) swear on yet I have seen nothing of that sort! It's all about showing they can use their authority to do as they please and not have to face any accountability even when known mistakes are made or children are getting hurt or even killed!
