When I downloaded the signatures, we had 1655 signatures and we are going to go ahead and forward these to the judge at this time.  If a decision hasn't been made in a week, then I will download the list again with the other incoming signatures then save a new list and re-send it back to the judge with ALL the signatures still coming in. So, don't stop signing this petition.  I don't know if this will be impactful to the judge or not, but we will go down fighting our best fight! I will update what the final outcome is when we know the news!  We are VERY GRATEFUL for all the love, support, kind words and all your beautiful signatures.  They bring tears to my eyes that our families, friends & communities cares not only for our case, but for our community streets and the things we witness on the news everyday.  There certainly needs to be harsher penalties for first time offenders in drunk & reckless driving!
