There is no excuse to fell centuries old grandmother trees!  They need to be preserved at all costs.  

The only reason our engineers and officials go about widening the roads by mindlessly felling trees, is because they don't apply intelligence!  

Here is how it can be done intelligently!  How not only can existing trees be preserved, but a new row of trees can be planted, hence increasing them to 3 rows!
