They will tell us that their industrial storage facility won't impact our home values...

This industrial battery storage facility will be uglier than power lines and smell ionized/like electricity like power lines.

This facilty will be exponentially worse than powerlines because it will be a lot louder 24/7, and exponentially more dangerous- potentially causing 100s of deaths...

They will tell us this facility won't devalue our homes...

Anyone who can see this facility out their homes' windows will instantly have their property values plummet.

Anyone who can hear this facility from their homes will have their property value crash down...

They will lie and tell us there will be no devaluing of our home value because of their industrial battery storage facility located in Rural 5-acre per home zoning...

No one looking for a home wants to look out and see an industrial facility nearby

No one looking for a home wants to hear loud buzzing and humming 24/7 coming from a massive industrial facility

No one looking for a home wants to live in constant fear of when will there be a fire/toxic gas release.

If they get this approved, everyone living near it will constantly be terrified of when there is a fire and gases are released.

And, for the rural property owners that live on zoned minimum of 5 acre rural properties that share the property line of this proposed industrial facility, they are financially screwed.  PERIOD!

No one looking for a home on 5 acres (or more) will be interested in buying 5+ acres next to an massive industrial facility that is ugly, loud, and deadly.

Those properties' values will drop even more than homes that don't share property lines with the proposed facility... 

This facility will cost all home owners nearby $100s of THOUSANDS in property value!

But, they will lie to us, and say that there will be no reduction in our homes' value...

They will lie about everything to get the facility approved... Because once it is built, it will make them BILLIONS and any fees they have to pay for violations or mass casualty event will be just a cost of doing business...  

They don't care about us- they only care about making money.
