Response from City of Covington:

"As this project is being proposed just outside the Covington City limits we have asked the developer to present to our city council so they can be better informed on the project.  The plan is for them to present to Council at our Council meeting on Tuesday, June 13th"

So everyone can come and listen to learn the developer's sales pitch...

From my understanding, no questions will be allowed during their presentation, but there is an open mic period at every Council meeting where residents may speak directly to the Council for a couple minutes.

Please note- the City of Covington and the Covington City Council DO NOT have any decision making power over this battery storage facility, but everyone officially comment and get their concerns on the official record by emailing both the Director of Permitting and the "lead permitting planner for this proposed project":
