10th June Update:
Latest report from volunteers - in last night’s livestream one guy killed a cat buy multiple stabbings. The cat’s body was so badly damaged that almost the entire pictures need to be pixelated. Audience in that group enjoyed the scene with a lot of laughter. The groups use clips from cat torturing videos they created in the past to make memes and gifs, then casually use them in the group chats. These moving images often capture the death moment of each cat, what you can find is a gallery of killing methods. All happening in Telegrams. 
New announcement from the cat torture group. They managed to get a ginger-white kitten and will livestream again. They will start auction torturing method  from today 12pm (Beijing Time). Bidding starts at 10 USDT ( = $10 USD), 1 USDT to raise each bid. Livestream starts today 21:00 (Beijing Time). 
9th June Update: New Victim 
The very Cat-in-Blender guy live-streamed again last night. His new victim was another Tuxedo cat. This cat is chosen as an open mockery to all volunteers and animal lovers, because he was arrested for stealing a Tuxedo cat then torturing it to death in late April. This time, he prepared over 100 long needles and inserted into the poor cat one by one. His audience responded in the live chat: ‘Put in another one’; ‘Make the cat scream louder’. The livestream was suspended halfway. We don’t know whether they were reported or it was merely a technical issue. But one thing is for sure - that innocent cat is not going to live.
this group is discussing how to take things to the next level since ‘They are not going to receive harsh punishment.’ Most animal abusers are released after 10 days. Some police takes no action at all. It is likely they will start bitting to decide torturing methods by the highest bidder. Right now they are still gathering in Telegram. But one day they could take this to the dark web, and China is going to be, or already has become, the playground of animal abusers.
A lot of people including me are deeply disgusted and concerned about the future.
