The same suspects who attacked Junior is shown attacking the 14-year-old boy in a median on the busy roadway last Monday afternoon as cars drive past. Please explain to me why people were sitting in their cars watching, not helping? This is Crazy... Yes recording is helpful so the police can identify then criminals but someone could've blew the horn, screamed anything.
