Thank you everyone that has signed thus far. As someone who was raised to be a global citizen, who’s met wonderful peace advocates throughout the world who have and continue to fight for better, the chance for peace is there. It just takes those willing to fight for it to get there.
people need help. No argument. At issue is an organization that has dubious ties to a known entity that has a charter base that seeks to bring the world to chaos. That is the problem at hand. As I mentioned in the petition text; my older brother did two tours in operation Iraqi freedom. Groups like Hamas would have gladly done god knows what to him. My paternal family survived pogroms in Ukraine before the came to the US and I happen to hold a masters degree in conflict, peace and terrorism negation.
bad actors come in all colors and all places. It’s up to those willing to, who want better, to continue to try and fight for better. Just wanted to take a second and say thank you to everyone. People around the world and of course in this region need help. No argument. We must help where we can. But not an entity that, again, has dubious ties to entities that seek to bring about the destruction of others.
hoping for sustainable peace for all and a return of the hostages, of which, there remain Americans. Bring them home.
