Please take a moment to read this excellent column by Mike Mayo on the AAF bonds. Who will invest money on such a risky project is yet to be seen. Indian River and Martin County are still engaged in a lawsuit with the DOT over the issuance of these bonds. Then, there is all the other "issues" Mike Mayo points out in this article. Bond buyers will need to decide if the risks outweighs the potential benefits. All Aboard Florida is not a done deal.
