Kick up a fuss!

Frailty has risen in older people as well as other socioeconomic groups and across genders, according to the Guardian.

With an ageing population, health, fitness and access to facilities has never been more important.  However, it can't happen if pools and leisure centres continue to exclude adults at times that suit them.
