Overview

As a regular FACEIT player, I’ve witnessed and experienced massive systemic issues:

Unjustified 7‑day bans handed out for vague reasons like "griefing" or "unsportsmanlike conduct"
Issued against non-premium players with no explanation, no demo access, no recorded voice, and no way to defend themselves
Penalty system dominated by smurfs, wallhackers, new unverified accounts—yet innocent users are silenced
Admin replies are automated and dismissive, closing tickets instead of investigating or providing proof
We demand FACEIT to:

Stop issuing bans without concrete proof (demo, video, logs)
Provide full access to evidence to all players, regardless of premium status
Enforce a manual review by admins whenever requested
Actively ban smurfs, hackers, unverified accounts
Ensure fairness, accountability, transparency for all users
This is about justice and integrity for every player.
