Although Horgan has announced that this project is being halted, this petition will remain up until further information about where the money is going is announced.

I will also keep it up so others can show their disapproval of the decision in the first place. 

There are more important petitions that you can find on Change’s homepage I would encourage anyone who reads this to put their name towards something that is currently more impactful. There is a death trap highway out east that has been needing an upgrade desperately as people have been dying on it for years.
