Residents of Montpelier Road are experiencing 40 buses per hour stopping and idling with their engines on for up to 18 hours per day. The bus stop is feet from their homes. Vibrations keep those in the house awake, and emit toxic fumes all day and into the night. 

We spoke to a nurse living near the bus stop, she can't sleep before or after her NHS shifts because of her whole house vibrating. The bus emissions are not being measured and we know cause cancer, breathing problems and high levels of stress hormones. She is worried about her health and also feels let down by the lack of consideration for her and others like her. For those in Montpelier Road this is a nightmare - please share with others in the Montpelier area or beyond. This is a brutal experience for all of us in the Regency community.
