I, the undersigned complainant and aggrieved homebuyer, most respectfully submit this formal multi-authority petition seeking urgent judicial, criminal, and financial investigation into what has emerged as Maharashtra’s largest township housing scam, executed by Mohan Lifespaces LLP and associated entities in collusion with corrupt municipal officials, banking institutions, and regulatory authorities.
This multi-crore fraud has duped thousands of innocent homebuyers, investors, and families through systematic forgery, corruption, and financial manipulation, resulting in:
Enormous financial devastation for middle-class families.
Violation of fundamental rights (Article 21 – Right to Life, Right to Dignity, Right to Safe Housing).
Grave human rights violations, as families are forced into unsafe and illegal housing.

MahaRERA granted registrations despite forged CCs, reflecting dereliction of statutory duty and possible collusion.

Prayers / Reliefs Sought
I respectfully request the above-mentioned authorities and Hon’ble Courts to:
Take suo motu cognizance of this multi-crore housing fraud.
Direct registration of FIRs against the builder, municipal officers, bankers, architects, and all colluding parties.
Order an independent CBI / EOW / ED investigation into fraud, corruption, and money laundering.
Cancel fraudulent RERA registrations and immediately halt all illegal construction.
Freeze & attach assets of the builder and associates to safeguard buyer investments.
Ensure compensation or lawful possession: either (a) safe housing with valid CC/OC, or (b) full refund with interest.
Initiate criminal prosecution of HDFC Bank and other financial institutions for loans on forged approvals.
Fix criminal and civil liability on MahaRERA & Ambernath Municipal Council officials for corruption and negligence.
Direct the NHRC to investigate human rights violations, as families have been compelled to live in unsafe, illegal housing, endangering life and dignity.
Conclusion
This case is not a private contractual dispute but a systematic criminal conspiracy involving:
