これを書いている今は2023年8月20日（日）、午後4時45分です。
私たちSTOP!インボイスは2023年9月4日（月）、午後1時30分から、財務省に提言書とChange.orgの署名を渡し、記者会見を行います。

そこで私たちは9月4日までに、オンライン署名を30万筆にするという目標を立てました。
財務省に手渡すまでの残り時間は、あと14日と20時間45分。
30万筆まで残り8万5000筆。
これから【一日6000人以上】の皆さんに賛同をしてもらう必要があります。
大変そうですか？ でも、きっと私たちならできると思うのです。
すでに21万人超の方がインボイスを止めたいと思ってこの署名に賛同してくれているのです。その皆さんに今、メールを送っています。
貴重な時間を割いてここまでメールを読んでくれたあなたは、インボイスが嫌で、不安で仕方のない方ではないでしょうか。
私も、まったく同じ気持ちです。

"STOP! INVOICE" is an action started in 2021 by freelance writers and designers etc. in Japan.
We are very concerned that “the Invoice System” to be launched in this October will have a huge negative impact on people in a wide range of occupations, including animators, voice actors, manga artists, theater people, musicians and designers who are contributing to Japan's proud arts and culture industry, as well as writers, translators, interpreters, and also builders and farmers who are supporting our daily lives. For example, our questionnaire revealed that 20% to 30% of animators, manga artists, voice actors and theater people are considering closing their businesses after enforcement of the system.
Furthermore, there are concerns about the leakage of personal data caused by the Invoice System, which may have an adverse effect on writers and artists who work under pen names, and also on those who have been victims of domestic violence.
Therefore, we would like to ask everyone in the world who loves Japanese culture to sign this online petition.
On September 4, 2023, we will hand over this petition to the Japanese Government. We strongly hope to collect 300,000 signatures by then.

STOP！INVOICE , l’association fondée au Japon en 2021, par des créateurs en freelance dans les divers domaines culturels : mangas, publications, films d’animation, théâtre, musique, etc.
Nous lançons cette alarme contre la mauvaise réforme de T.V.A. , système INVOICE, prévue au 1er Octobre 2023, qui pèsera sur nous avec une forte augmentation de nos impôts, et qui risque de tuer surtout les artistes des domaines culturels, films d’animation, acteurs de doublage, mangas, théâtre, musique, design, littérature, traduction, etc, et également, dans d’autres vastes domaines comme la construction, l’agriculture, et tous les commerces qui concernent à notre vie quotidienne.
Une précédente enquête visant les créateurs d’animations, de mangas, d’acteurs de doublage, de théâtre, montre que 20 à 30 % des créateurs subiront un impact mortel sous l’influence de cette mauvaise réforme.
Nous nous inquiétons également de la très faible protection des informations personnelles sur internet de ce système INVOICE qui peut laisser paraître toutes les informations de la vie personnelle des artistes qui travaillent sous un nom de plume, allant jusqu’à provoquer de mauvais effets de harcèlement.
Nous adresserons une pétition au Gouvernement à l'occasion de la manifestation du 4 Septembre 2023, et pour cette occasion nous visons au moins 300 000 signatures. (Nous sommes actuellement à 210 000 signatures). Nous supplions les amoureux de la Culture Japonaise du monde entier, de signer cette pétition sur le site web Change.org.
