In any investigation the witness testimony is key. In domestic violence cases there is an automatic protection order placed on the victim to help protect them and also the integrity of the investigation. Accusers having access to the victim has had a huge impact on the story being changed in sentencing or the charges being dropped.

We are asking congress to pass the Trep Law ordering the courts and Child Protective Services to place protection orders on children under CPS investigations. We're asking them to place the children in homes where the accusers have no access to try to manipulate the investigation.

Children are being killed and placed in continual abusive scenarios due to this lack of protection.
