One-year-old Katera Barker was left for 10 hours in a hot pickup truck by her father, Matt Barker. Since he's not being charged as a criminal for murder, he should be charged for being negligent for the life of his newly- adopted baby. 

Matt Barker managed to remember to drop off his older child at daycare, but forgot the other one who was sitting next to her? Even if this was a terrible accident, he doesn't deserve to get away with this colossal act of stupidity that killed a baby.
