Cambridge University: Let's Talk About Fees
0 have signed. Let’s get to 100!
We the undersigned support our striking members of staff as they fight to protect their pensions, and for this reason call upon the university to use its position within Universities UK to oppose the proposed changes to the pension scheme, and to support the Vice-Chancellor of Essex’s view that "we are prepared to consider increasing employer contributions to the scheme, alongside increases in employee contributions, in order to sustain critical features of USS, including defined benefits".
Should the university fail to support its staff in the talks commencing the 5th March 2018, the undersigned students demand a proportional refund of our tuition fees for contact hours lost due to the strike.
