People want change, if even the smallest of freedoms. We are asking that overnight parking be allowed on City streets from April to November in the City of Batavia, NY. It has been asked by residents and business owners. It would allow people to leave their car after consuming alcohol and not having to choose between driving and getting ticketed. It would allow people to have family and friends over without moving cars around in constrained driveways. It would allow taxpayers to use the streets that they pay for. It is freedom, one step closer.
