This is a petition to save the sand dune region on the east side of Golden Bay W.A. between Dampier Drive and Crystaluna Drive. This is our last stand as a community to save our dunes and wildlife from being destroyed by billionaire investors, who dont care about the nature or our community. They want to replace the hills with cheap compact living. We live here! We moved here for the lifestyle and beauty that Golden Bay has to offer, but greed wants to destroy it slowly. The devastation will have so many effects from nature, lifestyles for many and even the beach could possibly be affected by the change of winds and more. Nature is fragile. The wildlife needs the dunes as a sanctuary to live and to survive, the proof of this is the road kill and the animal street sightings of late.
