Join us at the Department for Transport on 16th November!

Friday 16th November is the deadline day for submissions to the Department for Transport for 'Access for All' funding to improve access at stations across the UK. We are marking this day by taking our petition to the Department for Transport.
We have gathered over 11,500 signatures and had significant exposure both in the local press and also in the House of Commons and the European Parliament.
We will be handing the petition over to the DfT (they are expecting us) at 12.00. on Friday 16th November. If you work in London and can pop out to see us on your lunch break we'd love to see you and of course anyone in Bedfordshire is also welcome to come down! We'll be taking a few pictures of the event and sending to local media so the more that turn up the better. The Department for Transport have asked for an idea of numbers so do let us know if you can make it at:
bedsrailaccessnetwork@gmail.com
The address of the DfT is:
33 Horseferry Road, London SW1P 4DR
The nearest accessible stations are Westminster or Victoria.
The successful stations are due to be announced in April 2019, but whatever happens our fight for equal access in Bedfordshire will continue. Thank you for all your help.
