At 10:00 AM, on Jan 10, 2024 a public hearing will be held in Wisconsin for Assembly Bill 413 (AB 413) to ban ePPP research & require ePPP researchers to file a report with state/local officials.

Biosafety Now plans to send at least one representative to speak in support of the legislation. In September, 2023 Biosafety Now co-founders Justin Kinney and Richard Ebright wrote an op-ed describing why this common sense legislation should be welcomed by all.
