Thousands of animals are euthanized daily across the United States and we have to begin one state at a time and the state of New York is one of the worst for the animals and people need to be required to have their animals spayed and neutered and the state needs to help assist with a program to prevent the breeding selling and reproduction of dogs that end up destroyed in the shelters so let's start here
