Require state to put up Move Over Law Signs on highways and interstates. I am starting this petition on behalf of my son Matthew Brawley that was killed April 11, 2019 after he was hit by an 18wheeler while in the emergency lane of I22(Hwy78). It is the law to move over for vehicles and pedestrians in the emergency lane. Help me get these signs up and everyone aware of this law.
