Dear Amazing Friends:
I am writing to share with you a legal article from Tiffany's attorney, Susan Coppedge, who is the former Ambassador at Large for the Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons at the Dept. of State who took Tiffany's case pro bono. This campaign to free Tiffany and other survivors who are wrongfully imprisoned is going to get really loud come April. Please sign up here for our newsletter to stay updated on Tiffany and how you can help her and our team advocate. There will be a documentary, blogs, panels and lots of ways for you to join us and show Tiffany you believe and support her.Oh, and check out our new web site that Fecha made: www.karanarising.org
We attached a screenshot of the article but here is a link for you to read the full article.
We read the article to Tiffany on the phone and here was her reply. "This feels like a light inside these dark walls. I am staying strong and I feel like freedom is closer every day. Tell everyone I love them and to stay strong out there."
So, stay tuned for our animated documentary and survivor stories releasing in April. We got this! Team Tiffany!
With gratitude,
Andrea, Fecha, Ashley, Tiffany and the entire Karana Rising survivor community.
