Yesterday, the GBI quietly released the conclusion of their "re-investigation" into the highly suspicious death of Tamla Horsford.
Their findings coincided with the narrative that Forsyth County sheriff Ron Freeman has been pushing since early 2019, that Tamla Horsford's death was tragic yet accidental.
First, I want to say that Sheriff Freeman has a history of covering up any and everything that has the potential to make him or his office look like the corrupt bad cops they are.
His office has hidden highly suspicious critical facts regarding the case and connections that he has, and other investigating officers have to persons of interest from the beginning.
It is alleged that the supervising investigator, Andy Kalin was the first person that Jose Barrera called before calling 9-1-1; this conversation lasted for ten minutes. Not at any time did Jose, someone trained in CPR or any of the half dozen or so responding officers, attempt to provide any aid to Mrs. Horsford. EMTs and Fire rescue were called off while en route.
During the GBI's investigation, a subsequent second investigation, discovered that the former lead investigator Michael Christian had multiple inappropriate relationships with persons of interest in this case, including Bridget Fuller and victims of other cases. Michael Christian had 6 allegations charged against him, including violation of oath office which is a felony. He openly shared sensitive case information with suspects and numerous others, going as far as making disparaging comments about Mrs. Horsford and referring to himself as a "racist cracker bastard". Christian was allowed to quietly resign, and has not faced any charges.
The investigating GBI officers (Kelly Aldridge) had personal relationships with two of the Forsyth County officers, who are believed to be responsible for the mishandling of this case. She allowed her personal relationships with Michael Christian and Lauren Belafi to taint the integrity of the investigation.
The sheriff's office wants you to believe that Tamla was drunk, which was the cause of her injuries and death. The only consistent statement made by the persons of interest was that Tamla did not appear intoxicated. Tamla Horsford did not fall over a balcony; her multiple blunt force injuries are proof of this.
From the moment the first officer arrived on the scene, they treated this case as accidental. No evidence was collected from the scene; Tamla's clothing was destroyed by the coroner's office, making it impossible for the independent pathologist to test for the presence of foreign bodily fluids.
Persons of interest, Bridget Fuller was coddled throughout the investigation and is apparent when listening to her bizarre and highly disturbing interview. But Horsford’s father was “aggressively attacked” by a frustrated Major Joe Perkins that didn’t extend any of the patience that was given to Bridget.
The GBI's piss poor attempt at an investigation was only to quiet those who demanded justice. This isn't justice.
Again, we have called for the FBI to handle this investigation. We never wanted the interference or involvement of the GBI, and this is why.
Corrupt Sheriff Ron Freeman, has a history of questionable policing, he was fired from Forsyth County in 2012, and forced to resign from the City of Brookhaven. Nearly half of the officers he personally brought back or into the sheriff’s office has either been forced to resign, fired or arrested.
District Attorney Penny Penn has a well documented history of allowing affluent defendants to walk on heinous crimes.
Tamla Horsford sadly isn’t the only suspicious unsolved death in Forsyth County.
Sheriff Ron Freeman and district attorney Penny Penn have allowed a privileged few to get away with murder.
I implore you all to reach out to Penny Penn, Sheriff Freeman, and Vic Reynolds and ask them any questions you may have in regards to this investigation, relationships with persons of interest, missing evidence and why justice us being denied for the family of Tamla Horsford.

I also implore everyone of you to contact the Atlanta FBI field office asking them to investigate Penny Penn, Ron Freeman and Vic Reynolds for corruption, violating the Horsford’s family’s civil rights, and knowingly allowing a grave miscarrage of justice to occur.
