Riding in an autocycle is like riding in a convertible. It is equipped with seatbelts, so there is not a chance of being ejected if you're wearing the seatbelts, therefore, there is no need for a motorcycle helmet. Eliminating the helmet law for autocycles would allow law enforcement to focus on more serious issues, and save the government money if officers weren't writing tickets that cost more to prosecute than the money collected for the fine.
