Update: Victims Fund has finally admitted to their calculation error...but appears to be implicitly refusing to incorporate my unemployment. The law is clear, the victims fund is to reimburse for lost income, including losing your job when it is a direct result of the crime. They are attempting to weasel out of paying me the full amount allowed by law, $70k, hoping I don't know any better, or that I might sell out other victims to take a fraction of what I am owed to stop this quietly. Unfortunately, they ran into a nerd who does his homework.

Survivors and allies, Ben Allen, Rob Bonta, and Gavin Newsom have officially gotten a copy of the change.org petition. The Victims Fund is attempting to give me a deal I'm scoffing at because I won't be bought and because government officials are finally beginning to hold them accountable. No...I want a full state & federal investigation into these people. They think they can tell survivors they won't give benefits the law has clearly given us. Think again. I won't let them re-victimize or short change another survivor. But I need your help to do that! Keep signing! Keep sharing!
