PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!

Let me have a minute of your time. 

If there’s two things that are clear thanks to this case:

FIRST:

Way too many people are unaware of the level of vulnerability that undocumented immigrants face.

I’ve come across countless individuals who blame the mother for not intervening. We need the public to be aware of this, if the police was to be involved, she would’ve have to identify herself, once her status is revealed, she could be jailed indefinitely. Expect to be deported and separated from her children, it has become worst to be a undocumented in this country, than to allow someone to beat your child. Let that sink in.

SECOND:

The amount of people defending corporal punishment, it’s concerning to say the least. 

People!! we must stop the violence, yes in the world, but let’s start at home and school.

 

Corporal punishment? Really???!!

Is it really domestic violence only when it happens between partners?? 

Doesn’t that helpless child, that’s beaten by the person who they rely on for survival, deserve better???

We need to work on this as humans and it starts by spreading the word, please share this petition, let’s be the voice of those who can’t be heard.
