Petition updateKevin Johnson: Starbucks LGBTQ partners deserve equal parental leaveJoin us in Seattle for Pride June 25!

Niko and Marshall Plan for Moms
Jun 1, 2017
June is LGBTQ Pride Month and we are getting ready to celebrate by urging Starbucks to expand its paid parental leave policy to include dads and adoptive parents who work in stores. If you can join us - please email annie@paidleave.us to let us know!
Starbucks new paid parental leave policy leaves out adoptive and other non-birth parents who work in Starbucks stores - which hits LGBTQ families hard.
While Starbucks has made an effort to be inclusive of LGBTQ partners, they can do better by including these families in its paid parental leave policy. What better time to remind them than at Pride in Seattle?
If you are interested in joining Niko, PL+US and other Starbucks partners in Seattle on June 25th - please email me, annie@paidleave.us, to let me know you are interested!
And if you are not available, but know someone who might be, please pass this message along!
Let’s win this!
