In a new international development, ECT survivors in the UK began their suit against the NHS.
‘Dozens of patients sue the NHS over claims they suffered brain damage after ECT.’ The Royal College of Psychiatrist‘s own data shows this is a risk. (So does the APA's data and every other international psychiatric association).
ECT machine manufacturers are required to warn about it.
No one tells the patients.
Now they are going to court.
