I awoke today to discover more than 3,000 people have signed our international petition. Hooray! I say "our" because although I wrote it, I wrote it on behalf of all my fellow ECT survivors world-wide, many of whom struggle to put lives back together after treatment.

Many fellow ECT survivors struggle with word-finding and communication. I wrote this for all of us. We're all impacted differently for two reasons:

1. Shock treatment administration is not yet standardized and presently involves 7 different variables.

2. Electricity doesn't follow a linear path. Damage occurs along the path of least resistance where the electricity flows and arched--making each person's damage unique.

This video captures a few of my symptoms today. My symptoms wax and wane based on fatigue and environmental factors. Previous videos were recorded later in the day while experiencing more fatigue.

I apologize for running out of space on my phone in the middle of my video. I am fine. Still waiting for my appointment.
