and I just discovered that the lead judge on my appeal was a PARTNER IN THE LAW FIRM WORKING AGAINST ME!    yes Hawaii is that corrupt!

Judge Hiraoka was a partner in Roeca Luria Hiraoka LLP law firm until 2017. That firm is now Roeca Luria Shin LLP and they represent the insurance defending the HOA.  While he was an attorney, Hiraoka specialized in insurance and malpractice, two things that his law firm did in my case. This case involves insurance fraud.
