PS - This is a photo of the wet and full of holes wall of common laundry room that my unit bathroom shares with the common laundry room.  The AOAO  never repaired this wall and lets it ruin my unit that is behind this wall. My bathroom was already destroyed in 2019 because of this wall and my new tub is being destroyed as we speak. 

Owners paid $403K for repairs so far and $225K to sue me. The building is neglected as the focus is on persecuting whistleblowers instead of doing building maintenance. 

The Board president is supposedly ex-Navy Seal, which is a misuse of that title and training.
