As the police have confirmed that the Counter-Terrorism team will take no further action on Mohamad Al-Mail's case, it will now be sent to the CPS for consideration regarding a Public Order offence. Mohamad must report to the police on February 28 and is awaiting a decision from the CPS regarding the Public Order matter.
