Update: Goal Met on Rebecca's Appeal

Dear Our generous Donors,

We have met the Goal, Thank you so much for your tremendous support.

It is with a grateful heart that I thank you all for always stepping up each time we make such appeals. There is no way CERESAV would have ever done the work we do for acid attack survivors without your generous support.

Because of you we have been able to save lives in the hospital through medical and nutritional support. Because of you we have seen priceless smiles on the scarred faces of survivors and we have seen hope shining through the scars.

Three years ago, you stepped up to help us stand with Sumayya (R.I.P) with her baby (Jovan) who was fighting for life in the NICU. As we see Jovan growing into a smart handsome young man he is so far, we owe it all to you for the support you offered and the prayers at a critical time we could not help without you.

Two years ago, you helped us make a big step to send Kato to India, we have seen how that trip has transformed Kato's perspective on life. He is a happy young man who is forever grateful for the support he received and now lives an active life again as a businessman.

Now as we embark on this mission to support Rebecca's journey, we cannot wait to share the milestones as she rebuilds her life and that of her baby. We are always grateful to see the tremendous support we receive each time we make such appeals. You help us demonstrate to survivors like Kato, Rebecca and others we serve that humanity still exists even in the face of cruelty. You are helping us demonstrate that it is not about the numbers, it is about the lives we can change, one life at a time. You are helping us demonstrate that every one life matters, and for that we are humbly grateful.
