Over 17,000 of you signed this petition. Now, Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) has obtained a temporary restraining order (TRO) from a Texas court preventing the release of my free book, Saving PTK: The Whistleblower’s Fight for Truth and Change.

The court issued this order without notifying me beforehand. The book includes my personal story and references public records, news coverage, and personal experiences I’ve shared publicly for over a decade.

➡️ The court order states that I am not allowed to publish the book until PTK reviews the manuscript and determines whether its claimed privileged material is included.

The CEO of PTK did not claim the book was false, but referred to it in court as simply “unflattering.”

⚠️ This case is not about defamation. It is about prior restraint — a powerful form of censorship that prevents speech before it even happens.

This situation raises real questions about:

• Student and survivor rights
• Transparency from publicly funded nonprofits
