Thank you for signing our petition to stop the disastrous Mountain Valley and Atlantic Coast fracked-gas pipelines! 

Nobody deserves to live in a pipeline “blast zone,” or worry whether their drinking water is safe. People like Paula Mann in West Virginia are fighting back. 

But clean water everywhere in America is under attack, as the Trump administration attempts to gut water quality protections. 

We need your help to stop it. 

For almost 50 years, the Clean Water Act has been one of America’s bedrock environmental protections, requiring thorough review before federal permits can be issued for major industrial projects that might pollute U.S. waters. A key section of the law requires that states and Native American tribes certify that such projects protect water quality in their jurisdictions.  

But the Environmental Protection Agency has proposed drastically limiting the ability of states and tribes to protect their own waters, aiding the Trump administration’s push to build more fracked-gas pipelines and other dirty energy projects.
