The sheep trade to the Middle East was suppose to stop during the Northern summer (which is happening now) but a Western Australian MP was given the go ahead to send 56,000 sheep at the end of May. Animals Australia did everything they could to stop it but the heartless Agriculture Minister allowed the shipment. This is partly the reason I have not been on here, the stress relating to trying to stop this cruel, brutal trade is taking its toll on me so I had to have a break.

Just writing about those 56,000 sheep has me in tears again, I, like so many other people knew how close we were to making a huge difference and I feel like we’ve lost massive ground with the election.

I know everyone is extremely busy, but we need to pull together and start letting the new Ag minister how unhappy we are. We need to start writing letters to Scott Morrison, our MPs, our papers, phoning our radio stations etc. I’m still working on shopping malls, I’ve had a few problems with some of the malls so had to look at alternative centres.

I hope the next update will have all the shopping centres and dates, then I’ll be after the helpers. Please don’t think I’ve given up, I occasionally need to step away though as the stress does affect me xx
