Firstly I want to wish every single person who has signed this petition a very Merry Christmas and best wishes for the New Year. I’d also like to take the opportunity to thank each person for supporting and signing this petition. I have some plans for 2018, one of them being the “Raise Awareness” rally in May, at Darling Harbour. I understand most people will not be able to make it, but if you can that would be terrific. My plan is to take the petition to parliament in February (all going well). I’ve had plans to deliver it a few times, but due to unforeseen problems this has not happened. Hopefully by then Parliament might be a bit more settled and their focus will not be on citizenship or gay marriage. Anyway, please stay safe over the festive season and enjoy your time with family and friends, I’ll be back mid to late January. Sadly though many beautiful animals will still be exported during this time, so we cannot give up, we need to make our voices louder, we need to end Live Export - and it is only us that can do it.
