I know that Arsenal is just a business project for you, simply as that. None of your sports-business projects was ever successful, that tells us quite something. Your target is to sweep the profits which the club is generating, obviously. But what you could do - you could increase your profits because there are other titles than 4th row in EPL and participation in 1/16 of ECL. By this I mean that you could earn more, if the club was performing better.

Why do I believe that the club is under-performing? This year obviously there is no reason even to explain it. When a club with a budget of "Arsenals' budget/100" is 11 points ahead of you, with 4 games to go before the end of the season - you know what has to be done. You know who has to take blame for such a waste of the chance which the club with a spending record such as Arsenals' will not have for a long time.

What did the other clubs willing to improve their performance next year do? Manchester City hired Guardiola, Chelsea hired Conte, Manchester United is in talks with Mourinho. If not to take into consideration Mourinho's last season display, all of these coaches are brilliant and can be called the best coaches existing right now (+ Ancelotti). You have an opportunity to hire at least Mr. Simeone, who managed to achieve great success in the stronger league without great expenditures. The charismatic leader who has what to offer.

Why do I believe the change of coach would improve the situation? After watching all the football the world can offer, for quite a long time, after participating in various discussions, etc. I believe that current squad is not tactically efficient. On occasions, current squad is suffering from lack of motivation. Player skills and abilities are declining over Wenger. I could make numerous examples, but if you would sit down and watch the entire season, you would see how awfully the points were wasted.

Of course, this season is a MUST REACT season for you, since Leicester is about to win the title and Arsene Wenger has literally NO other choice than to step down his duties like a man, a samurai (he was coaching in Japan, I hope he is familiar with the codex of samurais). 

Mr. Kroenke, please, stop millions of fans all over the world from becoming indifferent to the club. Those real fans who have been with it for decade(s) are starting to spit on it, I see it and I understand it. The treatment we get lately is nothing else but an insult and someone has to take the blame for it! Changes must be made!"
