We have Many Good and just one not so Good Update for you. *Not So Good* We didn't get the result today. The Honourable Supreme Court has given another date i.e. 9th. *Good* 1. Solicitor General and one senior advocate came from SSC's Side. 2. Right from the beginning, their lawyers started pleading the judges to add 7 more centres for investigation (These 7 were picked out of the list of 24 centers they were desperately sharing on social media). But the Honourable Bench, did not agree to their plea. 3. Against this, Solicitor General argued that already 8 times their case has been heard, on what parameters they want to add more centers. 4. The other party also pleaded that SSC is trying to mislead the committee by showing them limited footage to which, the honourable bench bashed them for doubting the wisdom of the committee. 5. The date has just been postponed because the report couldn't be presented today, no other reason. Please do not believe any other rumours. *So what is our strategy now* As you must have understood that how active SSC has now become, and it would not be wrong to say that this is because of the activism that all of us have shown. Appearance of Highly Revered Solicitor Generals makes it evident that most of our motive has been fulfilled, that is to make SSC active. So our current strategy is now just to sit and watch the further happenings. Having said that, we are not loosening up the strings, our resources are as ready as they were and if something goes against (which is practically not very possible now), we will act. *What can be inferred from today's proceeding ?* In simple words, Justice can be delayed but not denied. They are taking desperate measures to delay it as much as can be delayed, But since SSC has become active, that is not going to happen. So in short *1.SSC has become active and the other party has not found anything substantial to take it further* *2.We will not show hyper activism and let the simple case be simple, as nothing has gone against us and Solicitor General Sir is there for the argument.* *3.We are not letting it go, we are as attentive as we were. Our arsenal is still ready to shoot if needed* *So all in all, it was a good day.
