Matheny has shown that he is not capable of handling the analytical portion of the game. He makes poor use of his bullpen, makes poor line up adjustments, won't play his best players and seems to have an overall attitude of "we're gonna play my boys and to hell with anyone who doesn't like it". The Cardinals the past 2 years have won IN SPITE of Mike Matheny. He needs to go.
