The applicant has withdrawn the permit application. The District is no longer considering this application and has withdrawn it from our review process. A new permit application has been submitted, consisting of a portion of the applicant owned property (Application Number MB-127-146336-2). This new mitigation bank permit application does not involve any construction activities.
