In Feb 2021 the Parish Council finally issued the Scouts with a draft heads of terms for a 20 year lease. They strongly advised the Scouts to take legal advice on the heads of terms which they did at a cost of £900 to the Scout Group.

Last month the Parish Council once again changed the goalposts and have now declared that the draft heads of terms they issued in Feb no longer stands and they are now investigating the demolition of the Scout HQ in Colney Heath - utter disgrace!

We have had enough and in the next couple of weeks will be launching a major public campaign to highlight the disgraceful way that the Parish Council are operating in Colney Heath - stay tuned and watch this space!
